A Thought to Think About...
This blog posting from 'Knowledge is becoming your own person' (not quite sure I understand the title yet) is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. Maybe you do too.Click Here!
Knowledge is becoming your own person simply means that when you quit living off of what other people say and begin to study for themselves they are only then becoming their own and not living off someone else's words but only on the Word of God.
If we do not personally seek Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to convict and instruct us in our hearts through the Word of God we will never be able to be obedient to Christ. Without obedience we cannot abide in Him (John 14, 15, 16). Christianity without relationship is just another religion based on the Bible but Christianity with relationship is not a religion but Life that allows us to walk in the Kingdom of God within us everyday here on earth. With relationship we can be obedient to the Father. For we are no longer following "laws" of what and what not Christians should do but we serve our Father who first loved us. We want to do the Father's will because of our love for Him.
This blog actually just started as random things I felt people should know. However, the only thing in this world that people should know is Jesus and has ended up being the main theme of the blog. A good soldier does not get involved in civilian affairs (2Tim2:4). I just want to encourage brothers and sisters in Christ to seek after Jesus. I have not been writing much lately simply because the Holy Spirit is laying some foundations in my life so that I might more Life in Him. I am waiting for these foundations to be established until I begin to write more.

I have thought about changing the title but have not thought of anything to replace it.
